Every week I can be heard on BNR Nieuwsradio and online via podcasts. I present radio shows, podcasts, webinars, galas and business dinners. Actually all kinds of substantive events. My style is inspiring, substantive, sharp and with humour at the right time.
As a presenter I naturally bring my personality and experience with me. Nothing is as authentic as a personal example of the discussed topic. Because of my broad experience I understand which formats work and which do not. I think along in the development of the format. And I sharpen the content if necessary.
I always present relaxed, engaging, sharp and with a lot of fun!
DAY CHAIRMAN
I lead congresses. Large and small congresses. Multi-day and short congresses. For government and business. Dutch and English conferences. And always substantive and inspiring.
As chairman of the day, I am the natural leader of every event, but above all I create the thread of content. I create the right relaxed atmosphere, keep the audience entertained and challenge the speakers. I know and understand the questions in the audience and put them on the table. During the preparation I dive into the depths of the content together with my client. I want and need to understand what is the core of the content. I help building good formats and challenge each client to interaction with the public. I work with various online tools to get the audience talking. But I prefer to go into the room myself with the microphone.
DEBATE LEADER
I lead theater debates, election debates and radio and TV debates. I am the debate leader who sets the room in motion. I create sharpness in panels and I am always looking for differences of opinion. Debates revolve around differences of opinion between specialists, politicians or participants in a congress. As a debate leader I organize the arguments, fallacies, examples and main and side issues. I get to the heart of the disagreement. There is no need to agree, but the theme and divergent points of view must be crystal clear. In an extensive thesis session I prepare the debate together with the client. I advise in good working methods such as a lower house debate with which I have a lot of experience. I was trained as a debate trainer and debate leader at the Netherlands Debate Institute. I completed my HBO Communication education with a thesis on the importance of debate education.
